I've completed another thing so I needed to share my Remedy in order to test that will help Many others who have the exact same issue. I did not place a hole in my gasoline cap (I've older product without the need of white or black dot in addition to it) but I have pull off black rubber ring within the neck of a gasoline tank and that is benith cap
